Our client one of the largest shipping companies, is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing local team to ensure effective financial management functions;
• Smooth accounting management in accordance with IFRS, Business accounting standards, legal acts and the management accounting policy established in the company;
• Financial reporting to Management and Shareholders;
• Financial reporting to authorities;
• Development of financial strategy and financial plans, short and long term budgets and budget control;
• Management, control and projections of financial cash flows of the group;
• Financial and operating data analysis;
• Control of financial performance and financial processes audit;
• Cost monitoring and analysis;
• CIT tax planning, optimization, CIT and statistics reporting & timely submission to state institutions;
• Company representation with Banks and Auditors; coordination of Audit process and preparation of audit reports;
• Accounting related IT projects and change management;
• Advice to management on accounting and tax issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High education in finance, economics;
• Experience 5+ years as CFO, preferably with experience in international company or group of companies;
• Experience in managing financial department team with both accounting, management accounting, consolidation accounts and analytical responsibilities;
• Good knowledge of IFRS and financial management accounting standards, legal acts and implementation of accounting policies in the company;
• IT literacy in field of accounting, analytics and financial reporting tools, professional experience using  Microsoft Dynamics NAV;
• Good knowledge of methods for analyzing and assessing of the financial & operating performance of organizations;
• Knowledge of financial performance planning and budgeting;
• You have an impeccable professional reputation and constantly improve your competences;
• Good command of English and Russian languages.
