We are currently seeking a Logistics Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission.
As a Logistics Sales Manager at Spedman, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential partners and customers, and analysing market trends to identify opportunities for future cooperation.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Proactively search for new prospective business clients.
- Build and develop relationships with potential partners and customers.
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for future cooperation.
- Maintain daily communication via email/phone to answer all inbound inquiries from leads generated by marketing activities.
- Offer services by air/sea/road, ensuring cost-effective and secure solutions for clients to meet their individual transportation needs.
- Present company’s services to potential partners using online tools and at live business meetings.
- Generate ideas on new ways to sell.
- Set company’s goals and ensure we are reaching them.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the internal team.
- Higher education;
- good knowledge of English and Russian (verbal and written), knowledge of any other languages will be an advantage;
- prior experience in customer support, handling legal and/or police requests, and project management would be an advantage.
