WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS CFO:
- Develop and implement the financial strategy in alignment with the company’s business objectives.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the group.
- Prepare consolidated financial reports and ensure compliance with IFRS and local standards.
- Control expenses, analyze profitability and margins, participate in cost management and pricing decisions.
- Oversee liquidity, cash flow, investments, and credit lines.
- Design and monitor annual and monthly budgets for group companies.
- Generate monthly and yearly financial statements, conduct variance and root cause analysis.
- Define and update methodologies for financial KPIs.
- Organize internal and external audits, ensure data transparency and reliability.
- Lead tax planning and manage relationships with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Manage OPEX and CAPEX: monitor investment and operational expenditures, evaluate ROI.
- Implement and improve ERP and BI tools, drive financial digitization.
- Oversee financing of company operations and the efficient use of free cash resources.
- Supervise preparation and execution of managerial reporting, including group-level consolidation.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external legal requirements.
- Lead and develop the finance team: accounting, controlling, planning functions.
- Ensure compliance with internal regulations and international financial.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Higher education in finance, economics, or business administration.
- Over 5 years of experience in managing financial functions, including 3+ years in a CFO or senior finance leadership role.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing, export-oriented or product-based company is essential.
- Excellent knowledge of managerial and financial accounting, budgeting, taxation, and financial analysis.
- Strong background in developing and optimizing financial processes within international structures.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, BI tools, and Excel.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing finance: cost accounting management, business acquisitions.
- Strong leadership and people management skills: team building, coaching, and change management.
- Fluency in English, written and verbal.
