Growth Marketing Manager Neterminuota darbo sutartis

CustomsClear AI develops AI-powered solutions for EU customs compliance, helping customs brokers, trade compliance specialists, and import/export teams make faster and more accurate customs decisions. Our products include Smart Taric AI, Classify AI, and Sanctions AI.
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive qualified free-trial sign-ups and improve trial-to-paid conversion through data-driven marketing initiatives.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute organic growth strategies across LinkedIn, SEO, email marketing, and webinars.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns within a lean marketing budget.
  • Create and optimize onboarding, nurturing, and conversion email campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and improve key marketing funnel metrics, including cost per trial, trial activation, and trial-to-paid conversion.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide regular growth reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with developers and internal experts to improve website conversion and marketing content.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in SaaS or a technical or regulated industry.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads through organic and/or paid marketing, supported by measurable results.
  • Strong English copywriting skills.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics and funnel optimization.
  • Good knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
  • Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, email marketing platforms, and Canva.
  • Experience in customs, logistics, trade compliance, or another regulated B2B sector.
  • Fluency in German, French, Italian, or Spanish.
